Gabriella Johnson
My name, is, Gabriella and I am a licensed IV certified vocational nurse that graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College Nursing Program in 2016. With ten plus, year experience caring for older adults with complex issues in our community, I started my medical journey caring for my stepfather with cancer in my younger teens. From there I knew that this was the career that chose me. I have since worked for many families in Sonoma County and enjoy the relationships and connections that I have built through my care.
